|Small Business & Technology Development Center– (ASBTDC) is a University-based economic development program which provides assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout Arkansas. As the state’s premier business assistance program, the ASBTDC is dedicated to helping small businesses achieve success and to promoting economic development throughout the state.|

|AR Secretary of State – Business and Commercial Services – BCS is Arkansas’s starting point for entrepreneurs wishing to transact business in the state. Consumers can search for a unique name for their company as well as file the appropriate document types for their business. The BCS Division also records trademarks, files notary public certifications, issues Authentication of Documents and Apostilles, and records Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Filings.|
