Northwest Arkansas Technology Summit expands to 3 days

The Northwest Arkansas Technology Summit is expanding to a 3 day event this year. The Summit is scheduled for October 17 and this year a Women in Technology Conference, Arkansas Makers Summit and Business Breakthrough U has been added to the line up for October 16. The Northwest Arkansas Technology Summit brings together small businesses, entrepreneurs, C-level executives, retail and suppliers, technology, academia and communication and social media professionals to celebrate technology, innovation and the power of digital in shaping our future. Forward-thinking and practitioner-driven general session speakers and high value breakout sessions deliver ways to effectively collaborate on innovative solutions to common business challenges and learn how technology is powering change and leveling the playing field.
This is the 4th year for the Northwest Arkansas Technology Summit and we have grown attendance from 400 to 1500. This year we will expand to a 2 day event offering a Women in Technology Conference, Arkansas Makers Summit and Business Breakthrough U on October 16.  These events are produced by the Northwest Technology Council under the direction of the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce. Audience is a mix of business leader’s professionals, technical developers, small business, and marketing and communication professionals. Breakout session tracks focus on: new emerging technology, retail, vendor/supplier (Walmart, Sam’s Club), business enterprise, technology developers, technology for business, health care, transportation, education and a focus on women in technology.
