BENTONVILLE, AR (July 18, 2022) – The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal annually honors 40 individuals under the age of 40 who were nominated as ‘Best in Class’ by their peers in all industries. The award recognizes Northwest Arkansas’ innovators and influencers who represent the future of our area. We are happy to announce that Ashley Wardlow, Interim President & CEO/VP of Operations, is named to the list.
“Ashley deserves to be honored and recognized in this way, and I am delighted for her,” said Chamber Board President Monica Kumar.
“As the Chamber is in a transitional leadership phase, we have been in the most fortunate position of having Ashley step into the interim CEO role. She leads the team with her signature calm and graceful leadership and ensures that the Chamber is serving members and building community as strongly as ever. With Ashley skillfully navigating the Chamber’s forward direction and the wonderful team’s day-to-day needs, the Executive Committee can focus on the search and take the time necessary to make the right decision for the next phase of the Bentonville Chamber of Commerce.”
“I am so appreciative of this honor and want to take the opportunity to recognize my colleagues at the Chamber. The care they have for our community is the key to our organization’s success, and I am grateful to learn from them,” says Wardlow.
“As we consider the unique opportunities – and complex challenges – presented by Northwest Arkansas’ growth, the importance of collaboration becomes increasingly clear. I am proud to be part of a team that leads by asking first, ‘How can we help?’”
