Graham Cobb

President & CEO

Graham joined the Chamber in November 2017. A native Arkansan, Cobb is a proven leader with 20 years of experience in product development, audience/customer/member engagement, people management, brand advancement, and culture construction. Prior to joining the Chamber he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also worked within multiple divisions of Arkansas Business Publishing Group and opened three locations of a successful local pizza chain, designing new product and pivoting the concept to fit a new market.

Travis Stephens

Vice President,

Travis joined the staff in March 2019. Travis leads & manages the team to execute the vision of the CEO and move forward the mission of the chamber as well as leads the team in developing programming and events to serve the needs of members and increase awareness of the organization. Before joining the Chamber Travis was the Economic Development Director for the city of Bella Vista and is the former CEO of the Clarksville-Johnson County Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a B.S. degree in Economics.

James Bell

Vice President,
Economic Development

James joined the Chamber in November 2020 and is an accomplished senior executive leader with more than 25 years of diverse business experience in a variety of corporate and non-profit environments. He brings to the table a proven track record in entrepreneurial ecosystem growth and direct industry recruitment. His passion for economic development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and 21st-century economic growth led him to return to his native state to contribute and build on Bentonville’s storied success.

Immediately prior to his role at the Chamber, James was Founder and President of Medical Device Guru LLC, an Adjunct Professor in the MBA and entrepreneurship programs at Christian Brothers University in Memphis and International Business Executive-in-Residence at The University of Memphis Research Foundation Research Park. He graduated from Christian Brothers University with an MBA and an Executive Certificate in Project Management. He also earned undergraduate degrees from Trevecca Nazarene University and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Sherry Rolsma

Vice President, Membership & Major Investment Engagement

Sherry joined the Chamber in May 2018. She is the Director of WalStreet and Major Investor Engagement. Sherry’s primary responsibilities are ensuring the continuous and steady growth of the Chamber’s WalStreet program. She oversees the WalStreet Speaker Series, Fireside Chats, Bayou Bash and the WalStreet Bike and Brew events. Prior to joining the Chamber Sherry worked for JB Hunt, Member Services and in pharmaceutical sales.

André Arceneaux

Director of Marketing and Communications

André Arceneaux joined the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce in June of 2021 as the Director of Marketing & Communications. Prior to his role at the Chamber, he was the Chief Operations Officer of Reeled In Media in Lafayette, LA.

André is an accomplished communications specialist with more than 15 years of diverse media experience in a variety of independent and non-profit environments with a proven track record in public relations, video production, content creation, and brand management. His passion for growth and development led him and his family to look to Bentonville for improvement and evolution.

Alex Howland

Director of NWA Business Women’s
Conference & Special Projects

Alex Howland is the Director of the Northwest Arkansas Business Women’s Conference and all education events; the Bentonville Teacher of the Year, Bentonville Teachers’ Fair and the Bentonville New Teacher Lunch, for the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce. Alex joined the Chamber in January of 2020. She is a passionate and driven leader with more than seven years of experience directing and managing corporate events and she directed corporate award ceremonies at Arkansas Business and most recently worked for the Jones Center as the Special Campaigns Manager where she assisted with special projects and renovations.

Director of Talent Initiatives, Small Business Programming

Evan Gray

Director of Community Development & Small Business Programming

Evan joined the staff in July of 2019. Evan is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. His primary responsibilities are to initiate programming focused toward young professionals, which includes Leadership Benton County, CRAFT programming (Community Retention and Attraction of Future Talent), and the Build Bentonville Business Lunch series. Additionally, Evan works with the Chamber’s Small Business Council committee to develop beneficial workshops and programs for small businesses. Prior to joining the Chamber Evan worked with Downtown Bentonville Inc.

Ashley Wardlow

Executive Director
NWA Technology Summit

Ashley comes to the Chamber from Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, where she developed and implemented the museum’s inaugural corporate engagement strategy, instituted an annual corporate dinner co-hosted by Alice Walton and Doug McMillon, and cultivated philanthropic relationships in Northwest Arkansas and in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Prior to serving at Crystal Bridges, Ashley worked at United Way of Northwest Arkansas, where she led that organization’s five-county Workplace Campaign as Resource Development Director. Ashley earned her B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Director of First Impressions, Facilities Manager

Allison Chase

Director of First Impressions &
Facilities Manager

As the Facilities Manager and Director of First Impressions at the Chamber, Allison is typically the first point of contact for Chamber members, guests, visitors and callers who have questions or need information. Allison joined the Chamber in 2018 and her role is to help the staff and the organization in a variety of ways so the team can be more productive. 

She has extensive knowledge of members, programs, the office, and having grown up in Bentonville, the community as a whole. Prior to her role at the Chamber she was an administrative assistant for the Walmart Home Office for 10 years.
