BENTONVILLE, AR – The Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce has named Kristopher Adams as Director, Northwest Arkansas Technology Summit.
Kris comes to the Chamber from a career of service with nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the Chamber team, he served as the Director of Development for Restoration Village, a local women and children’s shelter. He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communications from Arkansas State University, a Master of Divinity degree from Union Presbyterian Seminary, and an undergraduate degree in religion from Liberty University.
“I’m excited to be leading this innovative program,” says Adams. “Technology can be a force for good to improve the lives of everyone who lives and works in Northwest Arkansas. If your business is part of the booming local tech landscape, expect to hear from me soon about what the NWA Tech Summit can do for your organization.”
“I’m proud to pass the baton to Kris and know he’ll take the NWA Tech Summit to the next level,” said Ashley Wardlow, who was promoted to EVP at Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce last year and is currently serving as Interim President and CEO. “It has been such an honor to work with the NWA Tech Summit Committee on the 2020 and 2021 events. Their support – and particularly the leadership of our Co-Chairs, Jessica Head, and Clint Hankinson – will make 2022 our best Summit yet.”
